Shipping your package
Your order is generally shipped within 2 days of receiving your payment via GLS or DPD with tracking, and delivery without signature.
When placing the order, shipping costs are automatically selected based on the delivery address and weight of the package.
Shipping charges include handling, packaging and postage.
For orders within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium with a total value of €200 or more, shipping is free of charge.
We recommend that you categorize your items into one order. We cannot merge two orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each order.
Orders contain 21% VAT, this is the legal Dutch VAT and already included in the price.
Any applicable import duties and taxes are at the customer’s own expense.
Return
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased or you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can get a refund, if you meet the conditions.
If you want a different size, color or product, please return the purchased product to us and place a new order.
Please note that while the products are in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.
Return Terms:
- Returns can be made up to 14 days after receipt.
- Returned items must reach our warehouse in original condition.
That means unused, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging with all hangtags and tags still attached.
After we have checked the product, you will be refunded the purchase price via the payment method you used.

- Your name
- Order number
- Which item you wish to return
- Reason for return (not required)
For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany:
We will then send you a return label by e-mail.
Exelle will bear the cost and risk of the return shipment.
Please note: Returns may affect the calculation of shipping costs.
If after a return the total value of your order is still €200 or more, you do not have to pay shipping costs. If the total value is less than €200 after a portion of your order is returned, your right to free shipping is forfeited. We will then deduct the standard shipping rate from the value of your returned products.
For other countries:
You are fully responsible for the shipment and return costs.

It is important that you frank the package sufficiently. All unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your credit note.
Reimbursement:
After we have checked the returned product, you will be refunded the purchase price via the payment method you used.
We will refund the amount within 5 days of receipt.
Credit card companies, PayPal and Mollie have their own deadlines for transferring amounts, therefore it can sometimes take longer for the amount to actually be credited to your account.
